Chief of Ideas 

Former CIO of several billion dollar Enterprise organisations, Craig has helped them save millions of dollars through digitalisation of business process and intelligence. He turned entrepreneur in 2014 forming our holding company C4 Digital. A forward thinking, innovative ideas man who insists on building technology to deliver the business objective with user experience at the forefront. 

Martin Sparkes
Chief of Growth 

Former Managing Director of Miller Heiman Group in APAC, where he spent 10 years improving their regional footprint. To this day he remains an advisory partner to the company as a Miller Heiman Consultant.  Martin's passion for tech, learning and helping sales people perform led him to forming Learning Activation with Craig. A thought leader in Digital Enablement, Martin has consulted with many of the leading organisations across Australia and Asia.

A former English Teacher and Martial Arts Ninja, Chris brings discipline and structure via agile methodology to drive customised application development and solutions for our customers. His passion for learning means our solutions are intuitive to meet learner outcomes and a seamless user experience.
